We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Senior Associate to join our dynamic team at Radiant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking, and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the technology ecosystem and specific sectors such as AI, robotics, semiconductors, medical devices, etc. Bilingual proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential to effectively engage with diverse founders and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investment Analysis: Conduct in-depth due diligence on prospective investment opportunities, including comprehensive market research, financial modeling, and competitive landscape evaluations.
• Portfolio Management: Collaborate with portfolio companies, offering strategic guidance and operational support while facilitating connections to valuable resources.
• Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with partners and colleagues to formulate investment theses and contribute to overarching fund strategy.
• Market Insights: Remain informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to support senior management in investment decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or a related field with technology bias.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and quantitative abilities, with a proven record of evaluating technology based investment opportunities.
• Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively in both English and Chinese (Mandarin). 
• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while managing multiple initiatives.
• Passion for Innovation: A deep-seated interest in innovation and technology, coupled with a commitment to supporting visionary founders.
• Good academic background: Bachelor or Masters qualification in science or engineering discipline and/or professional finance qualifications.
