Responsible for the delivery of guest service through all areas of the Regent Club
Finish all aspects of the Regent Club service operations
Set buffet Breakfast, Afternoon Tea and Evening Cocktails and inspect the quality of food.
Provide superior service and value for our guests.
Contribute to overall operational efficiency by performing relevant duties as assigned
Provide exceptional Concierge information to our guests about local and area attractions, restaurants, theatres, special events, tickets, confirmations and other available services
Develop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure IHG members loyalty
Inspect the room and ensure the room is ready before guest arrival. Ensure all amenities are in room prior to guest arrival
Meet up with VIP and other guests’ arriving and escort the guests to their room or to the Regent Club
Performs check-in/check-out for IHG members and Regent Club guests
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field
Good knowledge on Front Office and well familiar with Regent Club operation will be a plus
Basic Food and Beverage knowledge
