Our client is on the List of Approved Contractors for public works in the category of Buildings and a registered General Building Contractor. They are seeking for high caliber applicants to fill in the following positions for its Hong Kong Projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare progress reports and working schedule
- Prepare and review shop drawings, method statements and materials submissions to meet the contractual requirements
- Gather resources and collaborate with team and subcontractors to deliver projects according to plan
- Work closely with Project Manager in daily duties of a project’s administration
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Building Studies or related disciplines
- At least 1 year related working experience in Building Construction works
- Familiar with AutoCAD and MS Office
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Candidate with LESS experience will be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator
- Immediate Available / Short Notice is highly preferred!!
