Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to management, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.

Draft, format, and proofread documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

Act as the primary contact for internal and external communications, addressing inquiries with discretion.

Organize meetings by preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking follow-up actions to ensure timely completion.

Maintain an organized office environment, managing supplies, equipment, and filing systems effectively.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity, ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.

Assist in data consolidation and report preparation to aid strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration, secretarial studies, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role, ideally within a corporate or multinational environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with office management tools (e.g., SharePoint, CRM software).

Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.

Effective interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Professional demeanor with a proactive, solution-oriented approach, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work outside standard hours when necessary.
