Office location: Kwai Chung
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 08:30 - 17:30
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with sales entities, distributors, and internal teams
- Diligently engage with clients to optimize sales outcomes and ensure their satisfaction
- Handle client inquiries, manage sales orders and forecasts, and update databases while coordinating sales and marketing initiatives
- Compile and present sales budgets, reports, assessments, and business proposals
- Work alongside internal teams and clients on new product development projects
- Formulate and implement marketing plans to meet sales and profitability objectives
- Execute thorough market research and analysis
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks
- Travel occasionally for business purposes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in sales administration or sales support (experience with electronic products is a plus)
- Experience in the Japanese and Korean markets is highly desirable
- Native Cantonese with excellent proficiency in written and spoken Japanese (JLPT N1), good English and Chinese
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (including Power Pivot in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Dynamic and driven sales professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and self-motivated with strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
