The incumbent will assist the superior to oversee designated retail operation, which includes shop management, staff management, customer service, sales and stock management, P&L as well as safety issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor KPI performance of the retail shops to maximize sales and profits, manpower efficiency and customer service standard
• Ensure the operations in compliance with company policies and procedures as well as brand image,
• Implement sales & promotional activities at store level
• Take charge of manpower planning within assigned budget
• Provide counseling, coaching, training and motivating the retail sales staff at shops with strong business drive
• Analyze market trends, evaluate competitive challenges and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements

• Tertiary educated
• Minimum 3-4 years' retail operation experience, preferably managing multiple stores
• Excellent supervisory ability with track record of leading a sizable workforce
• Strong people skill.  Able to communicate and work well with people at various levels
• Energetic, supportive, independent with self-initiative, business acumen and numerical sense
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
