  • Provide Retail & Corporate Banking hotline services as a call agent with high efficiency and quality.
  • Participate in any other duties assigned by supervisor(s).
  • Degree holder with relevant experience in banking environment hotline / call center services.
  • Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1 & 4, passes in MPF and Insurance Intermediaries Examinations for banking hotline.
  • Proficient in PC operation, including Chinese Word Processing.
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese and English; knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage.

The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
