Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets, aligning with corporate objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to introduce new products and enhance existing offerings based on market trends and customer feedback.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and competitor assessments to inform strategic decisions and identify emerging trends.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales plans and performance against budget, preparing reports for management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and production, to ensure alignment and execution of business initiatives.
  • Facilitate contract negotiations and close business deals that align with company goals.
  • Participate in marketing events, trade fairs, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility and product to establish market presence.
  • Lead and mentor the Business Development Executive team, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on business development activities, client feedback, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Perform other tasks as required by the senior management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales management, preferably in the garment or garment accessories industry.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Development Manager / Business Development Executive.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
