Responsibilities :  

• Handle the day-to-day purchasing activities according to the company policy and procedure
• Be the project leader of the TEA category and Agent products
• Participate in contract negotiation, and analyze the technical and commercial scores to achieve business targets within the current market conditions
• Assist with the procurement of all work aspects of the project, and ensure that the procurement work is carried out in compliance and on schedule

Requirements : 

• Diploma in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline, Degree holder is highly preferable 
• At least 5 +yrs relevant experience in trading, shipping or forwarding industry is an advantage
• Strong operation and shipping knowledge is preferable
• Strong planning and forecast analysis skills 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Ms Word, Pivot Table, Vlookup & Chinese Word Processing 
• Good Negotiation and Communication Skills, self-motivated and fast learner
• Efficient team player, self-motivated, well organized and able to work under pressure
• Fluent spoken & written in English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Immediately available is preferred
