About Client:

We are assisting a reputable organization in hiring an Associate Director of Commercial and Land Development to join their team for future growth initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and implementation of a sales strategy to enhance interest and engagement from stakeholders and partners
• Identify and engage key decision-makers in the market to understand their unique needs, propose tailored solutions, and drive actionable outcomes
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to illustrate the benefits and opportunities associated with the project
• Prepare and review land lease tenders, investment promotion materials, transaction agreements, and assist in the due diligence process
• Prepare submissions to government bodies for land development approvals
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to formulate a land development plan for Senior Management's review
   

Qualifications / Experiences

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Surveying, Real Estate, or related discipline
• At leasy 15 years of experience in property development, land administration, valuation, government liaison, and project implementation
• Proven experience in real estate development management, financial analysis, property appraisals, business analysis, and financial modeling.
• Familiar with government approval processes, policies, procedures, and regulations related to land development 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Good Command in English and Chinese
