Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and nurture trusted relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors, and provide consultancy services to our clients to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
Sales and Pipeline Development:
Drive global sales efforts by building and managing clients pipelines across key markets.
Strategic Partnerships:
Identify and establish partnerships with third-party service providers.
Business Strategy Execution:
Support the executive team in implementing business strategies and managing the performance of various business lines. Ensure key decisions are communicated effectively and progress is monitored.
Market Analysis and Promotion:
Attend industry-leading events to represent the company, promote products, and network with potential partners. Provide insights into market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
Product Development Support:
Collaborate product teams to launch new offerings, including securing initial contracts and expanding the client base.
Requirements
Education:
MBA or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Proven experience in business development roles across diverse industries.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships with international clients and partners.
Skills:
Strong understanding of sales pipelines, client segmentation, and strategic partnerships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the company at industry events.
Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels. platforms
Experience in branding, marketing strategies, and rebranding initiatives.
Multilingual capabilities are a plus, with a strong preference for English and Mandarin.
