Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all Concierge activities, include but not limit to handle guest enquiries, guest mail, guest message, provide local information and arrange transportation for all hotel guests
• Accommodate all possible guest requests and maintain the highest level of service at all times
• Support the operations of other teams under Front Office when necessary, e.g. Executive Lounge
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proactive, service-oriented with strong can-do attitude and problem-solving skills

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English Chinese

• Previous hotel related working experience is preferable

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Concierge Agent
