Responsibilities

• Prepare management reports and ensure all accounting information are in compliance with company policies in a timely manner;
• Assist in forecast and budget preparation;
• Coordinate and verify PRC companies' payments and management reports;
• Take part in the annual and interim reporting process including the preparation of presentation materials;
• Support the compliance with all statutory regulations and audit requirements;
• Perform any ad hoc projects/assignments as requested
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and resolve discrepancies

Requirements

• Degree holder in accounting or related disciplines, student of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent preferred;
• Fresh graduates are welcome, commitment to obtaining CPA or equivalent certification is highly desirable;
• Proficient in MS Office Application including MS Word and Excel;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines;
• Detail-minded with strong initiative and eagerness to learn;
• Mature working attitude with excellent communication skills;
• Business traveling is required;
• Good command of both English and Putonghua
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Accountant.
