Client Details:

Our client is a highly reputable real estate group with a lot of commercial  & residential developments in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a Property Manager to look after its properties.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing a designated property portfolio
• Manage the day-to-day operation and management, including budget preparation and control, service standard and property maintenance
• Responsible for sourcing, managing, and supervising the performance of service providers contractors
• Provide an effective and cohesive management strategy for the assets
• Maximise the financial performance of the assets 
• Coordinate and liaise with different stakeholders in all property management-related matters

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree in Property Management / Real Estates or related disciplines
• Possess at least 10 years of relevant working experience in sizeable property management company
• Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong business acumen and market awareness
• Excellent interpersonal, communications and negotiations skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
