Responsibilities:
- Assures proper installation, preventive maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment and piping systems to ensure their maximum service life and efficiency as well as their optimal utilization
- Assists maintenance and operating supervision in troubleshooting problems with critical machinery; performs corrective maintenance operations
- Investigates and corrects equipment issues, provides support in performing root cause analysis, provides technical leadership, trains staff and helps in the continuous development of the maintenance strategy
- Reviews and updates existing maintenance repair procedures for critical machinery
- Prepares preventive maintenance schedules (along with CMMS coordinator) covering mechanical equipment and supervises/performs such maintenance if necessary.
- Participates in the preparation of monthly reports to the management
- Assists in the technical trainings and provides best knowledge prepares himself for continuous and safe operation of the Plant.
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Environmental Engineering and/ or Chemical Engineering and/or other relevant discipline
- At least 2 years related working experiences in wastewater treatment plant / sludge treatment plant
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good know-how on statutory and regulatory safety and environmental
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
