Responsibilities

• Construct quality literal and multimedia contents to facilitate brand building, event execution, and corporate communications;
• Manage media relations by seeking exposure opportunities, addressing inquiries, facilitating interviews, and handling crises;
• Prepare, translate and distribute corporate messages, management’s speech, press releases, annual report, company newsletter, and other branding and communication materials;
• Assist in planning and executing corporate events and activities to foster strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders;
• Coordinate production of exhibitions, corporate events, video, corporate gift, website content;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Degree Holder in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Arts or related disciplines;
• Min. 4 years of relevant working experience with 1 to 2 years devotion in corporate communications/advertising/marketing/public/media relations, from a sizable firm; 
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Strong media network is highly desirable;
• Hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, CRM is preferable;
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing;
• Knowledge of Creative Suites is a strong advantage;
• Willing to get round from office;
• Eager to learn, responsible, proactive, well-organized, creative, a good player, and with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure, able to work overtime and at irregular hours during event seasons;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
