What You’ll Do

• Maximize total event sales revenue profit through proactive relationship management with members and guests.
• Ensure the entire sales cycle is properly handled with guest expectation and satisfactions.
• Ensure and maintain a seamless coordination with the restaurants service team, kitchen and other relevant parties.
• Solicit any catering and event business opportunities with existing or potential guests.
• Handle potential guest enquiries in efficient and effective manner.
• Develop market strategies and goals in specific market, and the action to achieve the target.
   

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum 3-year working experience as a sales representative in the hotel, club or related fields.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Good business sense with excellent account serving manner.
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving skills and be a good team player. ​​​​​​​
