What the role is?

• Responsible for the collection of domestic and foreign insurance information and the establishment of an information database.
• Conduct strategic planning and business development initiatives of the Company, including but not limited to: Market Research, Project Management, Preparation on Presentations etc.
• Assist the execution of business development projects via coordination with internal & external parties.
• Maintain good business relationship and provide high standard service to intermediaries.
• Support on document preparation.
• Provide sales and administrative support.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with professional manner.
• Basic knowledge of Insurance products.
• Self-motivated, proactive and result oriented.
• Good service orientation, attentive to details and able to work under pressure.
• Provide regular feedback to supervisor for sales and service improvement.
• Assist in ad-hoc assignment as required.
• Multi-tasked and able to work under tight timelines.
• Other work assigned by the company & supervisor.

 

What we look for?

• Degree holder in Business related or relevant disciplines.
• Project sales or related experience, insurance industry is preferred.
• Familiar with the specific operation and process of the industry.
• Rigorous logical analysis and judgment ability.
• Good self-confidence, cheerful personality.
• Strong writing skills.
• Familiar with office software, network and computer skills.
• Good at communication, good coordination and language skills.
