About the Role
Great stores need exceptional leaders, and this programme is designed to teach you how to become one. You’ll dive into the day-to-day operations of our stores, mastering the art of management from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll get hands-on experience at the heart of our stores, engaging with customers and colleagues to understand the routines and processes that ensure operational efficiency. Rolling up your sleeves, you'll work across various departments to learn how each role contributes to the seamless running of our stores. By the end of this immersive experience, you'll be fully prepared to take on your first Team Manager appointment.
Beyond the shop floor, you'll gain insights into critical business functions, providing you with a solid foundation to advance to a Team Manager within 18 months.
What You'll Need
While a specific degree isn’t required, we seek candidates with a particular mindset. Curiosity, a passion for learning, and the drive to tackle challenges head-on are essential. You should be hands-on, able to work at pace, and quick to adapt in our dynamic industry. Candidates must have the right to work in Hong Kong for the full duration of the programme.
