• Conduct comprehensive analysis across various data sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can enhance business outcomes 
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various backgrounds to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. 
• Research for up-to-date market and industry trends and provide recommendations 
• Implement predictive models to uplift business and sales performance 
• Develop and update business intelligence dashboards and management reports to support KPI management and performance improvement 
• Support the development of data strategies and initiatives. 
• Promote data and insight culture across the company via training and support 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role 
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar 
• Preferred experience in the insurance industry 
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI 
• Knowledge of insurance industry data and metrics. 
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes. 
• Understanding of machine learning and predictive modelling techniques 
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills, team player but capable to work independently
