Property Officer (Luxury Residential)
Responsibilities:
- To carry out daily operations of a residential estate and supervise the service provider to deliver a high-standard property management service to the owners
- Responsible for managing tenancy issues and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and clauses in the Deed of Mutual Covenant.
- Coordinate with internal departments in all property management-related matters
- Deal with all enquiries, complaints and requests and take appropriate and necessary follow-up actions
Requirements:
- Tertiary educated or above
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
- Holder of a valid Property Management License would be an advantage
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good knowledge in Word Processing, Excel & PowerPoint
- Applicants with lesser experience may be considered for the Officer role
