MEP Engineer - Interior Fitting-out Contractor
Rise Associates Asia LimitedOur client is a leading fitting-out specialist and renovation contractor in Hong Kong, specialising in commercial, corporate office and retail sector. Due to continuous premium developments in Hong Kong and Asia, they are hiring a MEP Engineer to support the team.
Job Descriptions:
- Conduct engineering design tasks, including creating detailed drawings and specifications
- Support tender preparation activities
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, government agencies, architects, and contractors during project implementation
- Oversee the work of E&M sub-contractors and suppliers on-site
- Perform ad-hoc duties as when required
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of building services installation and relevant statutory regulations
- Experience in project coordination and site progress monitoring
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
