Our client is an integrated E&M consultancy firm. Their portfolio covers commercial, office, and retail, hospitality fitting-out work projects across Hong Kong, PRC and Asia. They are hiring a BIM Coordinator to support their continuous project development.

Job responsibilities:

• Conduct clash detection, produce drawings, and assist in coordination meetings.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support for BIM software.
• Support and maintain BIM projects in accordance with Corporate Standards and the Project BIM Executive Plan.
• Update and maintain Corporate BIM standards, content libraries (families), and templates.
• Assist in the development of BIM workflows.
   

Job requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• 3-5 years’ related experience and /training (MEP Preferred) for BIM modeling or coordination
• Holder of professional qualification is preferred (CCBC)
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
• Experience of BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud is a plus
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Able to work under pressure and independently
