Our client is a integrated consulting engineers and advisors with sizable portfolio covering sizeable mixed-use, commercial, hotels and residential projects across APAC. 

Job Description:

• Lead and oversee planning, executing and managing structural design and engineering and site management for the property portfolio in Hong Kong
• Monitor planning, design and project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
• Manage performance of all consultancies, sub contractors, and other external vendors;
• Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies;
• Provide engineering solutions to sites 

Requirements:

• Degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering other relevant disciplines
• HKIE  in Structural Engineering, RSE with solid site management experiences is preferred
• At least 12 years’ relevant working experience in overseeing Hong Kong development projects
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
