Responsibilities
 

1. Providing first-tier support and resolving issues for in-house staff and customers.
2. Respond to and prepare reports on support calls and ticket.
3. On-site support to customer’s location.
4. Infrastructure management and back-up solution management.
5. Work closely with vendors to make sure the server/workstation installation, configuration and deployment is correct and efficient.
6. Conducting the system/user acceptance test.

 Requirements
 

1.  Diploma holder or above in Computer Science or related discipline;
2.  Minimum 1 years’ solid experience in IT administration/support;
3.  Knowledge and experience on Windows setup and network equipment setup;
4.  Willing to travel around hk and willing to work during non-office hour.
