Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Grow company's institutional client base and execute client conversion
  • Take lead in gathering business requirements and agree with stakeholders on the final solution
  • Work with other departments to translate business requirements and proposed solution into development plan
  • Model and design solution or alternatives, evaluate solution proposals
  • Ensure the solution designed can both benefiting the business while the post-production maintenance is catered
  • Take part in the change management and the evolution of system after implementation

Requirements

  • Degree holder in business or related field
  • At least 8 years of relevant sales and sales project management experience in brokerage products & trading systems
  • Good knowledge and understanding of local and global market
  • Network of institutional clients or existing client base on hand is an advantage
  • Must possess a motivated working attitude with a strong drive for success and achieving business targets.
  • Fluency in speaking English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
