Ensure all standards procedure for the operation of the Club are followed
Comply with food and beverage regulations
Interact with members, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
Assess member needs and preferences and make recommendations
Present menu and provide detailed information (eg. Portions, allergies)
Accurate order taking with POS system
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year’ relevant experience in hotels / clubs
Good communication skills
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Shift duty is required
Immediately available is highly preferred
More experience will be considered as Captain
