Responsibilities:

• To assist in designing, planning, and organising operational and safety training programmes for employees, including engineering trainees and apprentices
• To monitor the training progress of trainees and apprentices, and support the accomplishment of training objectives
• To support in identifying training needs, formulating training strategies, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes
• To supervise a team of engineering trainees in performing their duties and achieving their training objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related disciplines
• A minimum of 6 years’ experience in designing, planning and organising training programmes with at least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
• Experience in public utility and/or handling HKIE's Scheme A Training Programme and Vocational Training Council’s Apprenticeship Programmes for trainees an advantage
• Good computer skills of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Chinese typing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese languages
• Holder of a valid driving licence for Class 1 vehicles

Working Location:    Ap Lei Chau, transportation to be provided.

Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered for the position of Engineer I.
