About the Role:

We are currently working with a leading company in the cryptocurrency industry to help them find a dynamic and motivated Junior Business Development Representative. In this role, you will play a key part in building relationships with cryptocurrency exchanges and supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a fast-paced and rapidly evolving industry while contributing to the company’s business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary Sales Representative for cryptocurrency exchanges, focusing on relationship-building and clear communication of both business and technical requirements.

• Support the Head of Business Development in executing strategic plans and initiatives that drive revenue growth.

• Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing and business development events, including logistics and representation at industry events.

• Network with key stakeholders to identify new opportunities, collaborations, and partnerships to further the company’s goals.

• Help with various administrative and operational tasks within the Business Development and Marketing teams as needed.

Key Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience, ideally in business development or sales within the cryptocurrency or fintech industries.

• Experience working with cryptocurrency exchanges is a plus.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a rapidly evolving industry.

• Passion for the cryptocurrency industry and its potential.
