We are seeking a dynamic  Branding and Marketing Director  to lead my client’s brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and CSR initiatives. This role will be pivotal in shaping our company’s public image, driving engagement, and ensuring our marketing efforts align with our commitment to social responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a  comprehensive branding and marketing strategy  to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty
• Lead  integrated marketing campaigns  across digital, social, print, and events
• Oversee the company’s  CSR strategy , ensuring alignment with business goals and community impact
• Partner with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content that highlights our brand values and CSR efforts
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing approaches
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of branding, marketing, and CSR initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure brand consistency and a strong corporate reputation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in  Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 12+ years of experience  in branding, marketing, and CSR, preferably in  insurance or financial services
• Proven track record in  developing successful brand strategies and CSR programs
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
• Passion for  corporate social responsibility  and community impact
