Responsibilities :

• Generate and create creative UI and UX ideas for products, projects and websites, and make informed decisions based on the company's direction.
• Create and enhance UX/UI designs and material such as wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows etc. for various interfaces, by using design software and technologies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as project management, AI ?software development, Product and Sales & Marketing to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Conduct user research and analyze user journeys to understand motivations, pain points, issues, and opportunities, proposing solutions to optimize the overall customer experience.
• Communicate with external stakeholders when needed.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry standards and trends, sharing insights & knowledge with the team. Participate in ad-hoc tasks/ projects when assigned

Requirements :

• 3+ years of proven experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, style guides, user research and usability testing etc.
• Proven ability in a variety of design tools such as Figma, Zeplin, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong experience in designing for both desktop and mobile applications.
• Experience working in an agile/scrum development process is an advantage.
• Proactive, well-organised, detail-minded, responsible as well as with good common sense and problem-solving skills.
• Strong skills in video editing software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro is considered a big plus.
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Immediate available is highly preferred
