Our client is a fast growing fashion retail company, they are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing or a related field and possess a strong passion for fashion and digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and write engaging copy for social media posts, website updates, email newsletters, and various marketing materials

• Collaborate with the marketing team to edit and create compelling video content for digital platforms

• Plan, schedule, and manage social media calendars across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok

• Assist in the creation, scheduling, and analysis of email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

• Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and incorporate them into marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• 0.5 year+ of experience in marketing, digital media, or a related field

• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling copy

• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for engagement

• Experience with email marketing platforms, specifically Klaviyo, is a plus

• Knowledge of video editing software and basic graphic design skills

• Creative, fun, and bold personality with a keen eye for fashion trends

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
