Perform receptionist duties including handling phone calls and enquiries, greeting customers/visitors, couriers in a professional manner
Provide office administrative support to HK Office not limited to order stationery/pantry supplies, name card purchase, office equipment/service maintenance, etc
Reconcile invoice payment and cost allocation of different departments to Finance
Back up HR & Administration Officer to provide Group Travel Arrangement and coordinate with different local counterparts for accommodation and pick-up services
Support Company events and assist to organize employee engagement activities
Any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
Form 5 or Diploma in Business or equivalent
Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience
Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, able to work independently with good team spirit
Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese
Knowledge in Excel and PC applications and Chinese word processing
Strong organizing and interpersonal skills
Detail-minded, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
Immediate available is preferred
