About the role

Hikoki Power Tools Asia Co., Limited is seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our team in Tsuen Wan District. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in driving sales and brand awareness for our innovative power tools products across the region.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers
• Presenting and demonstrating Hikoki's product range to potential clients
• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within your designated territory
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues in a timely manner
• Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and achieve sales targets
• Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities

What we're looking for

• F.5 or DSE or above 
• Proven track record in a sales representative or consultant role, preferably within the power tools industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to provide technical advice and demonstrations
• Proactive and self-motivated approach to identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative sales team
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics & office software (such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Holder of HK Driving License #1 is preferred
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
