Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly capable Network Manager to lead the design, implementation, and management of sophisticated network infrastructures supporting large-scale Data Centers, Enterprise environments, and emerging High-Performance Computing (HPC) and AI workloads. This pivotal role offers the chance to master advanced networking technologies—including Mellanox InfiniBand (IB), RoCEv2, and NVIDIA networking solutions—while driving impactful projects alongside industry-leading partners. Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and deploy robust network solutions for Data Centers, Enterprises, and HPC/AI ecosystems, integrating technologies such as InfiniBand (IB), RoCEv2, SDN/SD-WAN, and NVIDIA networking platforms.

• Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery while proactively resolving technical challenges and collaborating with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.

• Establish and refine change management protocols, maintaining meticulous documentation of network designs, configurations, and operational processes.

• Lead network infrastructure initiatives, embedding scalability, security, and performance optimization into every solution.

• Mentor and guide junior team members, cultivating a collaborative environment focused on technical excellence and innovation.

• Stay at the forefront of networking advancements, evaluating and integrating next-generation tools and methodologies to enhance organizational capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following domains:

  • InfiniBand (IB) networking (e.g., Mellanox solutions)

  • RoCEv2 (RDMA over Converged Ethernet)

  • Carrier-grade BGP implementations

  • Software-Defined Networking (SDN) or SD-WAN deployments

  • Networking for HPC/AI environments

  • NVIDIA networking technologies

  • Core routing, switching, firewall, or network security disciplines

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in network management or engineering (3+ years considered for Assistant Network Manager candidates).

• Proven track record of delivering large-scale network projects, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, adept at engaging diverse teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is advantageous.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred (relevant experience may substitute).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent).

• Exposure to High-Performance Computing (HPC) networks, AI-driven workloads, or NVIDIA networking solutions (valued but not required, given rarity of such expertise).

• Proficiency with network monitoring and performance management tools.
