About the role

We are seeking a Part time / Full time Shipping Clerk to join our team. As Shipping Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods through our import and export operations. This position is an excellent opportunity for those with experience in the garment and retail industry.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with the team to manage web order shipments (Shopify and drop shipping).

• System data entry, product scanning, labelling and packing.

• Follow up on fabric requests and returns; manage fabric transfer orders and records.

• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including import/export declarations for shipping using TradeLink, and other relevant paperwork

• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery of shipments

• Handle return or recall items from stores and coordinate inspections.

• Create CPC and PO requests, including item cards and pricing adjustments.

• Maintain accurate records of all shipments.

• Assist in stock taking and organizing inventory storage

What we're looking for

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficient in using relevant software and systems for shipping and logistics management

• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of the job

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing) is preferred

• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
