• Handle incoming calls including appointment arrangement, resolving customer enquiries
  and complaints as well as customer ordering
• Professionally handle and follow up customer enquiries
• Maintain relationship with customers

Requirements:   

• F.5 or above
• Customer oriented, influencing charisma and presentable
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
• Basic knowledge in MS Excel and Word
