Job: 工作範圍

•       Responsible for the daily maintenance of all the restaurants. 負責日常維護所有餐廳工作

•       Arrange and monitor technical staff for individual restaurants job requests. 安排並帶領技術人員處理各餐廳的工作需求

•       Create and manage maintenance plans. 制定並管理維護計劃

•       Collect and share equipment performance data.  收集並分享設備性能數據

•       Manage warehouse and inventory. 管理倉庫和庫存

•       Arrange necessary documentation for restaurant licenses. 為餐廳所有牌照取得必要的文件

•       Ensure all restaurants comply with licensing requirements. 確保所有餐廳符合牌照許可要求

•       Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by senior management. 執行高級管理層分配的臨時職責

Requirements: 工作需求

•       Degree in Facilities Management or related discipline (preferred but not a prerequisite). 設施管理或相關學科學位（首選但非必要條件）

•       Experience in the food and beverage industry is a must. 必須具備餐飲業經驗

•       Registered Grade A Electrical Worker (preferred but not a prerequisite). 需持有註冊電工（A級）資格（首選但非必要條件）

•       Proficiency in English and Cantonese. 精通英語和粵語

•       Good Microsoft Office skills. 擅長微軟辦公軟件

•       Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 出色的溝通和團隊合作能力
