Responsibilities:

• Organize and execute marketing activities and sales promotions

• Manage CANVAS Hong Kong Online shop and other E-commerce platforms

• Managing product listing, content and pricing on the E-Commerce site

• Copywriting for marketing tagline and product page content

• Execute promotion campaigns to driving E-Commerce business 

• Promote E-commerce business through different social media

• Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website

• Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness

• Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC

• Assisting in marketing and advertising campaigns on all digital platforms, such as social media (Facebook and Instagram ads), EDM, KOL and search consoles (Google ads), etc.

• Enhance the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website 

• Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing

• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

• Operate retail shop marketing activities

• Liaise with internal and external parties for campaign implementation

• Translation/copywriting in English and Chinese 

• Responsible for sales and marketing performance reports on a timely basis 

• Handle customer complaints and enquiries

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing / Journalism or Business-related disciplines

• 3 years relevant experience in marketing, ideally with exposure in skincare/retail industry 

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills 

• Good relationship and connection with media

• Good PC skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing is a must 

• Team player, well-organized, detail-minded with pleasant personality 

• Independent, self-motivated, diligent, open-minded and able to work under pressure

• Immediately available is preferred
