Summary of the Role

As a Sales Support Administrator , you will assist the sales team with daily operations, ensuring smooth order processing and coordination. Your key responsibilities include generating reports, managing sales orders, liaising with internal departments and external partners, and providing administrative support to enhance overall sales efficiency.

To excel in this role, you should have strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and a proactive work attitude . The ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive sales support and administrative assistance to the sales team.

  • Coordinate order processing, delivery scheduling, stock inventory checks, and sample or staff purchase orders .

  • Generate and analyze regular and ad-hoc sales reports using Excel.

  • Process customer orders and create sales orders in SAP .

  • Liaise with internal teams, customers, and third-party logistics providers to resolve sales-related matters.

  • Ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding issues and maintain accurate sales records.

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior or management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales support or administrative roles .

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office , with strong Excel skills .

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently .

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines .
