Oversee daily operations and activities of Customer Service
Deal with customer enquiries via phone calls, emails and live chats such as order processing, account opening, checking and updating client data
Manage customer complaints effectively and provide best solutions to meet both the customers’ needs and business objectives
Collect customers feedback for continuous improvement
Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service
Actively seeking solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership, and suggesting innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience.
Perform administrative works and ad-hoc duties, report to the manager in Hong Kong
Requirements
Diploma or above in any business subjects
2+ years relevant experience in printing & labeling / garment & apparel industry.
Experience in Barcode/Apparel Accessories industry will be an advantage.
Excellent customer service mindset, interpersonal communication, self-motivated, work independently and good business sense.
Knowledge of ERP is preferred.
Fluency in English & Mandarin.
Immediate available is preferred.
Fresh graduate is also welcome.
