Job Description:

• Prepare reports and quality records in compliance with procedures;
• Propose improvements in the safety and quality flow;
• Supplier safety, quality, sustainability assessment and rating;
• Utilize measuring and test equipment, as required to ensure accuracy in ISO-9001 and operation in the factory.
• Supervise a team to monitor the quality of sampling and mass production;
• Maintains the entire QA system to meet all product standards & fulfill customers’ requirements;
• Provide technical solutions/ recommendation and identify the quality issues when needs;
• Build up a good relationships and effective communication channels with all related department.
• Ad hot projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Degree holder in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, electronic engineering or equivalent disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years’ glass quality control / quality assurance experience with 5 years at the managerial grade.
• Good relationship and well-known how to deal with third party laboratories.
• Knowledgeable with system of SAP.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Possess the skills to evaluate samples and recommend any appropriate design or construction modifications.
• Excellent problem solving, communications and analytical skill
• Mature, self-initiative and able to work independently under pressure.
• Good knowledge of computer skill. 
• Strong command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is highly preferred.
• Station in Vietnam
•  Immediately available is highly preferred.
