How You’ll Contribute
Provide IT operational support, including asset management.
Assist with IT procurement and vendor management.
Support data center operations.
Communicate effectively with customers, service providers, and office end-users.
Respond to end-user service requests and provide technical hotline support.
Perform hands-on tasks, including desktop installations.
Install and configure computer hardware and operating systems.
Willingness to work overnight shifts.
What You’ll Bring
Graduate or certificate holder from a Technical Institute in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in computer operation support.
Proficient in MS Office, Windows operating systems, and Exchange Server.
Ability to work under pressure and follow supervisor instructions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS products.
Basic knowledge of networking is an advantage.
