(Senior) Officer, Human Resources

Responsibilities:

HR Systems & Process Optimization:

  • Lead and support HR system implementations, upgrades, and process automation to improve efficiency.
  • Provide training and user support on HR technology platforms, ensuring smooth adoption across the organization.
  • Work closely with IT and vendors to troubleshoot system issues and optimize HRIS functionalities.

Payroll & Compliance Management:

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution across designated countries in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including attendance, leave management, benefits, and deductions .
  • Monitor changes in statutory regulations and ensure compliance with employment laws.

HR Reporting & Analytics:

  • Generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights on workforce trends and decision-making.
  • Utilize HR data to identify gaps, support workforce planning, and enhance HR efficiency.

Onboarding & Employee Experience:

  • Oversee pre-employment checks, onboarding, and induction to enhance the new hire experience.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and support HR in organizing company-wide events.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven 3-5 years’ experience in HR operations, specializing in payroll management, system administration, and training administration.
  • Familiarity with HR information systems and proficiency in using HR software and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of regional payroll processes and relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive self-starter mindset with problem-solving skills to drive initiatives in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
