Responsibilities:
Based in Hong Kong to support the Human Resources & Administration Department in performing all-round Administration functions, including leave and attendance management, office supply, invoice handling, employee relations activities Annual Dinner, Staff Party, etc.
Any other tasks as assigned by superior
Requirements:
DSE level
Proficient in excel, PowerPoint and data presentations;
2 years clerical experience;
Good command of both English and Chinese;
Customer oriented, detail-minded, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills;
Quick learner with agile mindset
