What we expect from you:

• Manage and oversee a wide range of HR functions, including HR planning, recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations
• Develop and maintain up-to-date HR policies and regulations to ensure compliance with local legal requirements
• Provide expert advice and support to the Department Director in implementing effective HR strategies and policies
• Undertake additional ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management to contribute to the overall HR objectives and organizational success

How we imagine you:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years solid working experience in the full spectrum of HR
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF ordinance, and other HR-related regulations
• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, both spoken and written
• Immediately available is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
