Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing emails from the order department
• Review, update, track the order processing status into the system
• Communicate with relevant departments to address customer needs and resolve issues related to order changes or abnormal issues
• Organize and archive order records
• Strong teamwork skills, able to work collaboratively with other team members to accomplish tasks
• Ability to handle English daily emails efficiency

Requirements:

• HKCEE / DSE holder, preferably with 2 year of working relevant experiences
• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, strong organizational and sense of responsibility 
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, Chinese and English typing
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Location : Tsim Sha Tsui 

Laboring Time: 

• 5 days per week  
• Working hours from 9:30a.m. to 5:30p.m. 
• Monthly wage starting from HK$16,000 (negotiable based on relevant experience; adjustable depends on performance after employment)
