Our client, providing a wide range of production equipment, electronic testing systems, industrial materials and equipment for testing and manufacturing of electronic and electrical products, is now looking for an experienced candidate to join them.
Responsibilities:
Dominant focus on C&B administration such as payroll calculation including commission & performance bonus, pension, benefits & insurance administration, taxation filing etc.
Assist in reviewing and implementing periodical C&B projects including but not limited to annual salary review, reward benchmarking, insurance renewal & annual budgeting
Support in driving HR initiatives on revamping policies and streamlining workflows to enhance operation efficiency
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including advertising job vacancies, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting suitable candidates
Prepare HR analysis reports for management review.
Assist for developing and implementing staff engagement activities.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Human Resources / Business Management or related discipline
2-4 years solid experience in handling payroll and administering employee’s benefits
Sound knowledge on C&B practices and practical expertise on using HRIS, especially on payroll & benefits modules is an advantage
Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese (including Mandarin)
