Our client is a property company with diversified property portfolio covers high-end residential and commercial in Hong Kong. They are hiring a Project Executive to look after their property portfolio.
 

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for managing project execution and to ensure the project achieves the time and quality standard;
• Work with the engineering team to prepare the project budget and cost plans;
• Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
• Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies for A&A, fitting out projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years working experience with property developers or consultancy firms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Good PC skills with hand-on experience in AutoCAD, MS Words, Excel etc
• Possess recognized qualifications of Member of HKIA, HKIS or equivalent would be an advantage
