• Develop and maintain a dashboard reporting system that contains key KPIs such as sales, operations, logistics, accounting and production processes
• Apply advanced analytics techniques to extract meaningful information and identify potential trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide them with recommendations for strategic decision-making by utilizing dashboards and statistics
• Develop regular reports to facilitate data analysis and provide actionable insights to the Management and stakeholders
• Participate in analysis, design, testing & implementation of reporting solutions
• Work closely with team leads, factory managers, and management team to drive changes based on data insights
• Sharing findings through data visualization and efficient communication
• Supporting organizational requirements by reviewing and managing data to support leadership and teams for analysis across all divisions
• Coordinate project assignments, schedules and oversee overall project progress 
• Prepare documentation for solution/technical related aspects
   

Requirements
 

• Degree in Computer Science / Statistics / Quantitative Analysis or related discipline
• 12 + years of relevant experience in data analytics and business insights
• Solid skills and experiences in implementing ERP or other management systems of production process improvement
• Excellent analytical skills, attentive to details, strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Experience working in the USA, Europe, Asia and working in diverse cultures are strong assets
• Knowledge of Oracle APEX will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all level
• Well-organized, self-motivated and a good team player
• Business knowledge in CRM is an advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Trading and Manufacturing located in Xiamen, CHINA (frequent travel may be required)
